Complaints regarding refund of fees or student accounts.

Process and Reference:

If you experienced extraordinary events during a semester that caused you to be academically unsuccessful during that term, you may be eligible for a one-time tuition refund appeal.

You may request a Tuition and Fee Refund through the appeals process .

Students who feel that mitigating circumstances may have prevented them from complying with GPA or Excessive Hours policies may file an appeal by completing Waiver Appeal (Form 2-67) and submitting it to Student Accounts, Davis Hall Room 130, UTA Box 19649, Arlington, TX 76019 or by fax to 817-272-2333 or by email at
