Academic Content - Record/Student Information

UT System and university policies follow FERPA guidelines establishing a student’s right to request a change, addition or deletion of her/his record if the material is inaccurate.

Process and Reference:

Students may inspect their education records by submitting a written request to the UTA Office of Records and Registration. Student may challenge the content of their records if the content is inaccurate, misleading or in violation of privacy rights by submitting a request to the Vice President for Business Affairs and Controller. Students must clearly identify the part of the record that should be changed. Policy and Procedures are available in the catalog.
