Follow the instructions below to complete your form. Undergraduate education majors completing an EC-Grade 6 Certification or Mid-Level Certification should submit their form to a College Education advisor. Secondary and All-Level students should see their content major advisor to add or drop courses.
If you need to add or drop one or more courses after the late registration period, please follow the steps below:
An appointment is not needed; you may come during the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday.
NOTE: Secondary and All-Level students should see their major advisor to add or drop courses.
This form should be used by undergraduate students requesting to drop one or more courses after the late registration period and no later than the last drop date. NOTE: Students needing to completely withdraw from the university before the end of late registration must still submit this form. Add/drop deadlines for the current semester can be viewed in the Academic Calendar.
