If you are currently enrolled as a student at UT Arlington, you may print your own Enrollment Verification Certificate. To obtain this, do the following:
UT Arlington has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment verification services if you are no longer enrolled as a student. There is a service charge for each verification.
In addition to printing your enrollment certificate, in the Clearinghouse you can also:
An Enrollment Verification is an official document that contains your enrollment information at UT Arlington for a semester. We cannot verify enrollment at other institutions.
If for some reason the agency to which you are sending your Enrollment Verification will not accept a verification from the National Student Clearinghouse, you may place a request with our office, which can be done online or in person. However, the typical time required to generate these is 5-10 business days.

You may request multiple enrollment verifications by using the comment section on the form, however, only ONE method of delivery will be honored per request. All communication will be sent to your UTA student e-mail unless otherwise noted at the discretion of the Office of the Registrar.
For students requesting another individual to pick up their completed letter, please submit the Document Pickup Authorization form online. You will need to upload a copy of your valid government issued photo ID. No selfies, please.
*The person picking up your letter will also be asked to show their valid government issued photo ID for verification purposes.
If you are an Accelerated Online Program student (Nursing, Education, Business, Public Health, or Public Administration) or the Finish@UT Programs; your Census dates will vary by course start date, you can see your Census Dates here.
Student must be enrolled at least half-time at the start of their course. For example, if a student is classified as half-time for the entire term with start dates of August 18th and September 20th; the enrollment request will not be processed until AFTER the September 20th census date. At that time, the student will have met the half-time status.
If you are a UT Arlington Home student taking UTOC courses at other UT System schools, the courses that you are registered for at those campuses will show on your MyMAV Student Center as the Census Date nears. National Student Clearinghouse will receive your official enrollment status after the Census date for the current term. If your information does not show in National Student Clearinghouse after the census date has passed, please follow these procedures choose the loan deferment MachForm listed in the above section.
Please remember that you must have registered for the course(s) via the TIS System (submitted a registration request on the TIS system and it was approved by your advisor and the Registrar's Office) in order for the course to count towards your enrollment status.
