Check-In

New Maverick Orientation will be held in the E.H. Hereford University Center on the east side of the UTA campus, an easy walk from the College Park garages.

Signs will direct you to the check-in location for your orientation when you enter the building. Below are two maps to help you find your way.

Bring COVID documentation

All students and guests attending orientation will be required to provide documentation of COVID testing or vaccination. Learn about the options for this requirement, and review the other ways UTA is keeping you safe in the Orientation Safety Plan.

Check-in Time Assignments

To reduce crowds during the check-in process, students will be assigned to a 15-minute check-in time slot based on their small group assignment. You will receive your small group assignment in your final Orientation Confirmation email three days prior to your orientation date. The check-in times for all small groups are as follows:
