Join a club or student association, e.g., AIGA

Attend designer talks, visiting artist gallery talks, and gallery receptions

Visit Dallas-Fort Worth design studios, ad agencies, art museums/galleries

Participate in events like Design Expo, Diversity Symposium, etc.

EXCEL

Work toward earning a GPA of 3.5+ and being on the Honor Roll

Consider joining the Honor's College

Attend the College-to-Career orientation session with Career Services and speak with them about on-campus and summer job opportunities
