Focus on your core science courses such as BIOL 2457, BIOL 2458, BIOL 2460, and CHEM 1441.

Focus on your pre-nursing courses such as NURS 2200, NURS 3365, and NURS 3366.

Ensure all courses marked with an* are completed with a "C" or better.

Meet with your advisor to ensure you are on track to apply to the Upper-Division Program.

Review the BSN Upper-Division Program Application process, paying close attention to requirements and deadline, such as immunizations.

Transition from BSN intended to BSN major.

Learn about research opportunities, professional growth, and study abroad opportunities for students at UTA.

Apply for scholarships: Please consult Mav ScholarShop for relevant NURS scholarships.

Familiarize yourself with the Nursing Student Success Center and the resources available.

Maintain clinical compliance as required.

Focus on your upper-division courses and ensure completion with a "C" or better to progress.

Attend group advising presentation every semester.

Familiarize yourself with the Health Professions application process. Visit with the Health Professions advisor to learn more about o ŁŁ ortunities.

Enhance your UTA experience as a member of the Arlington Nursing Students Association and/or other nursing student organizations.

Visit the International Student Center to learn about study abroad opportunities, clubs, on-campus events, and spring break community impact.
