Students can submit forms to our office in person (University Administration Building, Room 252), email (firstname.lastname@example.org), and fax (817-272-3555). In addition, UTA has provided a secured drop box for your convenience and safety. The secured drop box for UTA Financial Aid related documents is located at the University Administration Building basement level entrance (parking lot side). Please place your documents in a sealed envelope clearly labeled for proper handling.
For verification documents submitted via email, please write ‘Verification Documents’ in the subject line of your email. This will help us route your email to our verification team faster.
