Engineering Student Services
Engineering Student Services provides a diverse mix of services to entering and current students. The staff assists all students in achieving continuing academic success.
Advisors are available for:
- Help with selecting a major or minor
- Learning skills coaching, workshops and classes
- One-on-one mentoring
- Job-hunting skills
- Internships and cooperative education
Students who have not yet decided on a course of study in the College of Engineering may receive assistance in establishing coursework that best fits their skills and interests. When necessary, advisors may also help students deal with academic probation and chart a course for improvement.
Current College of Engineering students who are on COE probation should make an academic advising appointment with Lynne Kinnan.
Current College of Engineering students with a conditional admission status should make an academic advising appointment with PJ Bukowski.
While you are welcome to meet with either advisor, it is preferred that probation students meet with Lynne Kinnan and conditionally admitted students meet with PJ Bukowski.
For academic advising on a specific engineering major, please see a list of Departmental Advisors.
