Undergraduate Students
Students with less than 24 credits (including first-time-in-college students) and those with a UTA GPA < 2.0 are advised by University Advising and Engagement Center (UAEC).
Students on probation in the College of Engineering or on a conditional admit status are advised by Engineering Student Success Center.
Students in good standing and at least 24 credits are advised by their department:
- Biomedical Engineering
- Civil Engineering (includes Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Construction Management)
- Computer Science & Engineering (Includes Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Software Engineering)
- Electrical Engineering (Includes Electrical Engineering and Resource and Energy Engineering)

- Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering
Graduate Students
