Admission Criteria

BNSF Early Leader Program

  • Freshman or sophomore
  • Business‑intended student or business major
  • Enrolled full time
  • Meet at least one academic benchmark:
  • Top 20% of high school class or 3.5+ GPA
  • SAT 1230
  • ACT 26

Goolsby Emerging Leader Program

  • Minimum two years remaining to graduation
  • Declared business major
  • Enrolled full time
  • UTA GPA of 3.1 for continuing students
  • Transfer GPA of 3.5 for incoming students
