The Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction has several degree options to choose from. Click on the program you are interested in to view the required coursework. The four Curriculum and Instruction options consist of 12 hours of core research and curriculum coursework and 18 hours of a focus area.
The Literacy Studies program provides a path to Texas Certifications in English as a Second Language (ESL supplemental) and Reading Specialist (RS) for qualified Texas-certified educators.
This program does not recommend students for internship or probationary certificates.
