At the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, we recognize the importance of providing future teachers with the skills and knowledge they need to help young scholars achieve their full potential. We offer degree programs in elementary, bilingual and ESL, middle-level, and secondary education, as well as a variety of certifications.

The Department of Curriculum and Instruction offers a wide range of knowledge and skills for applicants interested in becoming educators.

We offer two undergraduate programs:

  • B.A. in Education
    • Early Childhood - Grade 6/Bilingual Education
    • Early Childhood - Grade 6/English as a Second Language
    • Grades 4 - 8: English Language Arts and Reading/Social Studies
  • B.S. in Education
    • Early Childhood - Grade 6/Special Education
    • Grades 4 - 8: Mathematics and Science
