The Leadership Minor
The leadership studies minor prepares students to be relational, ethical, and global leaders armed with the knowledge and skills to make positive contributions in the workplace, the community, and the world at large. Courses are designed to help students explore the dimensions of leadership so they may engage in leadership that is constructive, purposeful, and oriented toward improving the human condition. The leadership studies minor is a joint initiative between the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies and the Leadership Center in the Division of Student Affairs. The minor is open to all degree-seeking students. If your degree plan does not offer a minor, you can opt for the 15-hour credited leadership studies certificate with academic unit approval.
