Revisions Drafter
Detailed description of position:
We're a DFW home builder looking for a drafter to help with smaller plans and revisions on our ongoing projects.
We want someone confident in their work who can think through a problem without needing their hand held. Our projects throw curveballs — lot conditions, buyer changes, plan review comments — and we're looking for someone who works through them rather than waiting to be told what to do.
We're hoping to build a long-term relationship, not fill a one-time job. There's steady work here for the right person.
